A tract created from a message originally delivered on February 17, 1946.
The tract is written in the context of a Roman Catholic event the following day scheduled on the 400th anniversary of Martin Luther's death. On that day, the Roman Catholic church scheduled to appoint the largest number of cardinals on a single day in it's history. Schaeffer in response to this entitles his tract, "Peter Versus the Papacy."
